At Soul Flamez, we’re committed to delivering your candles safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

• Free Shipping on orders over 100 ron

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the chosen method at checkout.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Romania, including P.O. boxes. If you're outside this region and are interested in ordering, please contact us directly at mariaglavan52@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

Soul Flamez is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers or weather

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly first. If further help is needed, feel free to email us.

Local Pickup or Delivery 

If you offer local pickup or delivery:
We offer free local pickup in Floresti and Cluj-Napoca. Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange a time. Please bring your order confirmation.
