A legal disclaimer

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused candles in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please email us at soulflamezcontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

It must be returned in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Used candles

Sale or clearance items

Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Items


If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
